After it has been distilled it is allowed to age and mature within Oloroso Sherry casks which allows for a Juicy Fruit Flavouring to be imparted on to the Whisky

To do this they took Deconstructed Orange Bitters which allowed the flavours from the botanicals to be retained and not overpowered by the flavours
