Di Amore Sambuca Brandy Good structure and densityThe Sambuca is a clear color with aromas of anise seed, grilled fennel, and light cream. It has a soft, silky, and moderately sweet medium to full body. The finish provides a lingering tongue numbing sensation. The di Amore family offers a complete line of Italian liqueurs. Amaretto, Sambuca, Raspberry, and the recently introduced Quattro Orange embody the beauty and flavors of the Italian countryside. Fine enough to sip alone or an indulgent addition
