Rat PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor BB) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells The concentration of Human MIP5

The concentration of Human MIP5 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

The concentration of Human CPP in tested samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

Porcine Pg in samples (or standards) competes with a fixed amount of Pg on the solid phase supporter for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody specific to Pg

Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Sheep TNFa

Rat PDGF-BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor BB) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells The concentration of Human MIP5This Rat PDGF BB (Platelet Derived Growth Factor BB) ELISA Kit uses the sandwich ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Rat PDGF BB. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat PDGF BB and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each
