Human CTAG2 (Cancer/Testis Antigen 2) ELISA Kit Cetermin The concentration of Human IFNa2

The concentration of Human IFNa2 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

The plate has been pre-coated with Canine IFNG antibody

The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MUC6

Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CPNE1 antibody

Human CTAG2 (Cancer/Testis Antigen 2) ELISA Kit Cetermin The concentration of Human IFNa2The Human (CTAG2) Cancer Testis Antigen 2 ELISA Kit measures Cancer Testis Antigen 2 in samples. The plate has been pre coated with Human CTAG2 antibody. CTAG2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human CTAG2 Antibody is added and binds to CTAG2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CTAG2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away
