Prosecco Asolo Superiore Brut DOCG Millesimato ‘Motivo’ The 2007 vintage was outstandingSuperior Prosecco is crafted from Glera grapes grown in the hilly Veneto region. Its brilliant straw yellow hue and fine, persistent perlage set the stage for an elegant bouquet of rennet apple and peach blossoms. On the palate, it is fresh and versatile, with balanced acidity and a long, harmonious finish. Produced using the Martinotti method with a 90 day secondary fermentation, it offers an exquisite balance of fruitiness and finesse
