Hand harvested at the end of August, the grapes undergo six months of refinement in barriques, followed by an additional six months of bottle ageing. The result is a distinctive, well structured wine with remarkable depth and a lasting gustatory presence. The wine displays an intense straw yellow colour with a rich, intense bouquet
