The Wrecking Coast Cornish Clotted Cream Gin 70cl Emporia Brands For this release the PappyThe Wrecking Coast distillery was founded in Tintagel and to create this delightful little tipple they firstly macerate a range of 12 different botanicals into a neutral grain spirit for a minimum of two weeks before they run this through something known as an iStill (computer operated). Whilst this process is ongoing they take the Cornish Clotted Cream and cold distil this in a Vacuum and then once both processes are finished these are infused
