which should reach its peak in a decade
Sur-lie aging on the skins in amphorae for seven months before bottling without fining or filtration
and grounded by a chalky
Clothing Optional Enz Vineyard Old Vine 2018 Size:750ml A wine not for theWinemaker Notes: This ghostly bright orange blend from Enz Vineyard shows aromas of peach and blood orange, with a palate of bold pink grapefruit pith, chalky minerality, lingering spice, and firm tannins. Its layered fruit, saline bite, and unique structure make it both vibrant now and intriguing with air. Points: 95 Boutellier Wines
