Crafted in 9 carat yellow gold, each features a figural 'mask', depicting the face of a man baring a rather devilish grin, with two beautiful petrol blue natural pearls suspended beneath him. There are a number of possible figures the faces represent, as masks similar to these can be found in cultures globally dating back to antiquity. Most likely these depicted Dionysian masks. In ancient Greek
