Rat CHGB (Chromogranin B) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) IL-1RT-2 Then a biotinylated detection antibody

Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for CXCL1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated

The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human TRAIL/TNFSF10

Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Mouse CX3CR1

The concentration of Mouse MMP9 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

Rat CHGB (Chromogranin B) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) IL-1RT-2 Then a biotinylated detection antibodyThe Rat CHGB (Chromogranin B) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Rat CHGB. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin conjugated antibody specific to Rat CHGB. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added,
