Heavy full intense nose of dark fruit
focused palate that makes for attractive
FINISH: Clean
floral-driven finish features well-knit tannins and lingering spice and mineral notes
Domaine Weinbach Riesling Cuvee Colette 2019 Size:750ml Heavy full intense nose ofOn the very generous palate this is super succulent with stunning balance, but on the nose it starts out closed with a hint of funk (reduction). As this blows off, honeycomb, pineapple and summer meadow aromas slowly build. Super long and super silky finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drinkable now, but better from 2023.
