Pio Cesare Dolcetto D'Alba 2024 Alcohol Wine Enthusiast describes this wineGrown in selected vineyards around the village of Treiso, Monforte d'Alba, Serralunga and Madonna Como d'Alba. The grapes are soft pressed, and fermented under strict temperature controlled conditions for 6 to 8 days. The bouquet is intense, distinct and delicately grapey, with a hint of raspberry and pepper. The palate is dry, supple and lively, with red currant and blueberry overtones.
