“Brighstoneus” Gyuto restricted each piece carries its ownInspired by the dinosaur brighstoneus simmondsi (the one with the big nose) Hand forged from 80CRV2, brut de forge finish and coming in at 220mm long by 50mm deep at the heel. I feel the shape of this one makes it look bigger than it is (bargain !) The handle is made from spalted tamarind and African black wood. This knife will come in a plastic sheath, wrapped in black hex paper in a secure branded box.
