Rabbit GAL9 (Galectin 9) ELISA Kit NAP2 The Rat PRDX4 (Peroxiredoxin-4) ELISA

The Rat PRDX4 (Peroxiredoxin-4) ELISA Kit measures Prdx4 in Rat Serum

Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human CA12

Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TMEFF2 antibody

SKI present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells

Rabbit GAL9 (Galectin 9) ELISA Kit NAP2 The Rat PRDX4 (Peroxiredoxin-4) ELISAThe Rabbit GAL9 (Galectin 9) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit GAL9. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit GAL9 and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well
