PLGF (Placenta Growth Factor) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) TTP Then a biotinylated detection antibody

Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human Cyr61 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated

Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat IL13

The concentration of Human PIP in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve

The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MIP-1β

PLGF (Placenta Growth Factor) ELISA Kit (Small Sample) TTP Then a biotinylated detection antibodyThe PLGF (Placenta Growth Factor) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Human PLGF. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin conjugated antibody specific to Human PLGF. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is
