Red Blend, Shvo Vineyards 2022 Bottle:1 This is a young wine52% Syrah, 20% Mourvdre, 15% Grenache, 13% Barbera Sourced from their estate vineyard in the western edge of the Upper Galilee at 800m ASL Soils are composed of a gravelly flint (silex) clay Hand harvested Natural fermentation in open top vats, some of the Syrah is whole cluster fermented Aged 12 months in Austrian oak oval foudres and French oak barrels (all neutral) Racked and blended then aged another 6 months in concrete tanks before bottling
