It was allowed to mature from 2007 to 2017, before Mossburn got its hands on it (while waiting for the Torabhaig whisky to come of age!). Nose: Rock pools, poached pear, cantaloupe and brown sugar. Palate: Nutty barley kicks things off, combined with caramel and dry grass. Finish: Citrus oil and a few floral hints
