Life is a Puzzle Whose Pieces Don't Often Fit, 2020, mixed media, 20 x 20 in. / 50.8 x 50.8 cm. prints photograph on canvasLife is a Puzzle Whose Pieces Don't Often Fit, Therese Verner, 2020, mixed media, 20 x 20 in. 50. 8 x 50. 8 cm. I created this piece in the midst of the pandemic, expressing my mixed feelings of loss, hope for the future, and loneliness. The title reflects my philosophy, that we cannot force the pieces of our lives to fit, but must accept differences in each other.
