Blackberry
Sweet and spicy aromas reminiscent of black pepper
The fruit was hand harvested between September 8th and October 11th 2016
During this process 20% of the must is extracted and the rest goes through a long maceration which extends beyond the fermentation itself
Txomin Etxaniz Getariako Txakolina 2018 brand_Henschke Blackberrylocated in the heart of Getaria, has maintained its dedication to cultivating vines and making txakoli for generations. Gently spritzy with a pear and pineapple nose like sweeties for a grown up. Clean, fresh and original. Achingly dry and super fresh at first, then a bitter almond butteriness hits your mid palate which soon dissolves into a rich, green fruit filled sweet&sour finish.
