Lamb Cannon (Cannon of Lamb) tbf no fillers getting in theLamb cannon, also known as cannon of lamb, is the boneless eye of the lamb loin: a lean, tender cut often described as the fillet steak of lamb. Cut and prepared by our butchers, our British lamb cannon is built for quick, confident cooking: pan sear it, roast it, slice it pink. It's the cut you reach for when you want something special without spending an afternoon at the stove. Honest British farming, properly butchered, ready for your table.
