Domaine Courtault-Michelet Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu 2023 Size:750 ml The Prisoner was inspired byNotes of white flowers with ripe fruit. A delicate representation of the terroir with complex minerality and hints of grapefruit and gunflint. The transparency and purity of quince and yellow pear flavors set this full bodied but fresh, invigorating Chablis apart. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, it's delightfully spry despite a ripe vintage, with a firm spine of acidity and a bristling salt edged finish.
