Deception in Canvas, 1942 Size:Original Size - 8 x 17.5 inches Greens Farms StationA California fine art gicle print on premium watercolor paper. One of Patrick's specialties was camouflage and Ariel deception. Some of the tools used by the Army Air Corp. in WWII were inventions of his. A large group of canvas aircraft were set up on air strips away from the real aircraft. The actual aircraft were then disguised with camouflage to deceive any enemy attacks.
