It features a . 25 carat round brilliant cut diamond, graded H color and SI2 clarity, set at the center of a distinctive double halo design. The center diamond is surrounded by two delicate halos of pav set round diamonds, accented by four natural round cut rubies, with additional pav diamond detailing along the shoulders. Crafted in 18 karat white and yellow gold and
