Taaibosch Crescendo 2021 Brora Nose: The nose displays mineralityTaaibosch Crescendo 2021 is produced from a blend of 49% Cabernet Franc, 36% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. All grapes are handpicked and once in the cellar, the grapes are gently transferred by means of gravity to both stainless steel and cement vessels. A period of cold soaking follows. Extended maceration is undertaken at the conclusion of fermentation, which adds a soft texture, increased colour intensity and complexity to the wine. The wine
