Phragmipedium Alae Animae Bauhinia elegant bloomsA striking hybrid between Phrag. caudatum and Phrag. anguloi, combining the dramatic, elongated petals of the former with the bold, well formed pouch and upright dorsal sepal of the latter, resulting in a large, commanding flower with gracefully arching lateral petals that curve downward from a broad, erect dorsal sepal. Light: Grow under 5070% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which causes leaf scorch and stress. Temperature: Intermediate grower.
