Boann PX Finish Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 47% abv 70cl Digestive sensual sandalwoodIn addition to reviving old fashioned styles of Irish pot still whiskey, Boann distillery has committed to sourcing top quality casks from around the world to mature its spirits. This particular expression was finished in Pedro Ximenez casks from Bodegas Garvey in Jerez. The use of these bodega sherry butts made from both oak and chestnut wood has layered this whiskey with notes of sticky dried fruits, aromatic spices, dark chocolate and cured meats.
