Pleurothallis cypelligera Dioscorea Provide low to medium lightA leaf blooming epiphyte from the Andean cloud forests, growing on narrow grooved terete leaves with two flowers open simultaneously. The tricolor bloom combines a dark mottled green dorsal sepal, bold purple banded lateral sepals, and a bright orange yellow labelo with vivid red striping extraordinarily ornamental for its small size. Light: Bright indirect light with 5070% shade cloth; avoid direct sun, which can stress the narrow terete leaves.
