Veneto Towards the Salute from San Marco, Stormy Light Default:default with rattan reeds completing theThis print is part of Daisy Sims Hilditchs Veneto series: a collection of eight oil paintings, completed over several visits to Venice, that beautifully capture the effects of the low dawn and dusk light as it shines over the city and reflects off the water. Some are more colourful, others softer, but each one feels tranquil, painted with the light touch and spontaneity that Daisy is known for in her work.
