Sullivans Cove American Oak Single Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml (TD0307) Brand_Applewood Distillery but perhaps not harmonyFirst launched in 2018, Sullivans Cove Cask Variations are unique representations on their core range of whiskies. The most recent Cask Variation bottling is an America Oak Refill casks. Unlike their standard American Oak ex Bourbon Single Cask, where the whisky is matured in casks previously used to age American whiskey, this whisky was matured in a casks previously used for an older batch Sullivans Cove single malt.
