These are ORIGINAL 1930's/40's German dark gray wool socks

German soldiers were not given hammers to set up tents and using your rifle would have probably gotten you in hot water

These are made from very nice linen Herringbone twill whereas the originals were made from a plain weave linen

one or two minor dents and some random paint dribbles (The color of the paint is almost ordnance green)

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 37" Waist 27" Hips 42" Length 37 1 2" (the hem is about 7 1 2" so you could easily add quite a bit to the length) It has a label "Original Bekleidung" Size 42. Mewa side metal zipper. It has been altered. The white poofy sleeves were sewn in over the original dress and could be easily removed if desired. The white sleeves have elastic on the ends
