Each bunch was hand picked, each berry individually selected for optimal ripeness. The fruit is then sent to clay amphora to ferment with a small portion fermented as whole berries in the pots to give a little more stucture to the finished wine. It's fresh, fragant and super slippery to drink. Great perfume, great mouthfeel.
