Liquid Drape Subtle Crinkle Vintage Kimono Silk from Japan, Olive Gray, By the Yard #535 Quilting and hauyneSooo light, supple, drapey and flowy, with no shine and subtle, fine slubs. It's probably a twisted thread crepe weave of some type, and the previous owner is calling it Tsumugi, woven from raw 'waste' silk from the floor of the weaver's studio. But there are no official labels as such. The texture is so interesting; look again and you may see different crinkle effects in 'stripes' across the width. Deep green gray the olive is so subtle your screen
