I can not get a good picture of the whole stamp
Some appear to be a bit darker than others
This is a WWII or earlier oblong shaped lock we picked up in Germany
The band is original but the felt and leather appear to be from a postwar helmet
5L Trinkwasser Ritter D.R.P.Ang. uniform I can not get aNice 5L trinkwasser with either a very good color repaint or original tan paint, no visible stenciling. It does have a black gasket and does seal. It has a few dents and dings but is overall very nice. The top is marked Ritter Aluminum D. R. P. ang. The bottom is also marked Ritter Aluminum Made in Germany, Usually the markings on the bottom are worn off. A very nice example, just needs a good cleaning.
