Bwa Sun Masks From Africa colour:brown 85x83cm Pot codes: 12 & 13The Bwa Sun Masks are a fusion of Bwa and Bobo styles, traditionally seen during agricultural events and harvest festivals as a tribute to and belief in the Sun's ability to bless crops. The striking geometric patterns, alternating between light and dark, hold deep meaning and are interpreted in various, intricate ways depending on the viewer. The contrast of light and dark shades symbolizes the duality of purity and wisdom.
