Peony Sketch autumn If any of you are

If any of you are privileged enough to visit the mountains in the fall

autumn kind of sneaks in - a slightly cooler wind

This painting is inspired by women in my life who are larger than life in the sense that they liven up any and all rooms that they enter

or for yourself

Peony Sketch autumn If any of you arePeony Sketch is an original watercolour and ink painting, painted on watercolour paper. This painting was the beginnings in my process of creating a new series of floral works in acrylic of peonies. I love to get the feeling of a collection by first painting it in watercolour and ink. This small painting would do well in a frame, and would make a wonderful colourful addition to any space! 5x7
