The screw-back piece is a clear/yellow celluloid
There is a little paper label on one side which I believe was from someone using this to store some small parts
they seem to have been extremely popular
it does not have any labels
Thüringer Leistung Erzatz-Tabak Full Tobbaco Box ostfront The screw-back piece is aOriginal Thringer Leistung Ersatz Tabak full tobacco box. It still has the tax seal (which was stamped over to change the amount inside and the tax cost). OK condition with a few tiny holes on the front which are either intentional for air or unintentional by rather weirdly precise worms. I am learning towards vent holes as those are common on other tobacco containers I just have not seen many on paper boxes.
