Personally, I favour using fluorocarbon line for trout fishing because fluorocarbon line is nearly invisible in the water and it has a little more abrasion resistance than monofilament lines

I use to only use suffix 832 and it's great braid very thin and smooth I thought till I picked this stuff up and man it is incredible how quiet it is running through the guides doesn't even compare go out and pick some smackdown and you won't be disappointed

Lots of great stories from that trip, including how we ended up climbing the wrong mountain, spending a night in a ski lift station we happened to come across that was miraculously unlocked during the off-season, and also escaping the cold in a tiny log cabin when the weather turned and it snowed overnight (we shared it with 6 other trekkers from UK, Chile, and Canada who had the same idea as us)
