Baitcast Reel Defined A simple definition for a baitcaster is a reel that has a revolving spool and sits on top of a casting rod with a trigger handle
Reel Size: 2500 Retrieve: Right/Left Max Drag: 7lb|3.1kg Mono Capacity: 185/6 130/8 110/10 Braid Capacity: 190/8 Model Number: MAXSXSP2500 WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm -www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
These models do not have a rolling line guide or teflon bushing
Because the line comes off the reel spool that is stationary, its easy to introduce loops and knots if the wind is standing light lures up or the wind is blowing slack back at the reel and causing extra loops to enter into the spool on the retrieve or working the lure
