This reel operates really smooth , and has 5+1 bearings , which are well made, when considering the low price of this reel
Simply put, the Curado MGL 150 XG is a true must-have whether you're gearing up for your next tournament or just fishing for fun at your favorite lake
(Shimano lists the grip as 9.5 but thats only the forward cork portion of the gripnearly all coastal anglers are two-hand casters, so the length of the bottom grip is important.) I dont like the exposed blank section of the rod below the reel seat, on this or any spinning rod, because I frequently seem to grab the blank instead of the grip, but I realize the missing grip section helps to keep the rod light as well as make it affordable
Honestly, the only reason theyre down this far is because theyre not thrown as often as other lures
