croaker fishing lures Paul Brown A bone back and belly with crystalline crushed pearl colored flanks make this lure a must have for speckled trout anglers I've fished many croaker lures,

The Medium action and medium power make this a very fun rod to fight big cats on and its a tremendous rod for trolling, especially bumping which is simply bumping your bait backwards in current as you nose into it with the bow of the boat and back troll with your lines out behind the boat but moving that direction and you simply lift and let your bait slip and bump along the bottom with the current as you drift backwards

He spent a couple of years developing this to get it right - casts great and swims well at varied retrieve rates

The lure imitates a baitfish feeding on the bottom

Phosphorescent lures are therefore a totally viable option when light levels are low and you've left your lure in the sun long enough for it to charge.
