I was really happy that I chose the ALPS trigger reel seat as an option because it fits between my fingers and really locks the reel in your hand for solid hook sets and general grip
Almost all frog legs can be shortened at least a bit, decreasing their length more and more the thicker the cover
Reel performance is silky smooth with 4 ball bearings and 1 roller bearing, The Machined Aluminum handle is swept back and the knob is oversized and ergonomically designed
Second, it has a rugged brass main gear, which makes it smooth and durable
